April Chapter Luncheon - Brooks Hamilton
Brooks Hamilton will discuss the coming financial PERFECT STORM

***Please note new RSVP procedure below***

Short version: We are having a very difficult time predicting attendence at our events.  Early ticket purchase helps with event planning, and lets your behind-the-scenes volunteers make every event a success.

Our request is that, if you know you're going to attend an event, you purchase tickets as far in advance as possible. We've found those who RSVP without paying are the most likely group to cancel/no show, throwing us off further. If your plans change, we are as generous as we can afford to be in our refund policies.

We want to track all event attendees through the website RSVP & ticket purchase system. We routinely miss collecting payments from whose who email RSVPs (both through our fault and through honest forgetting), or show up unannounced. That impacts the treasury directly. Last month we nearly ran out of room, and that's not fair to those who RSVPed. We WANT everyone to have a great time. Please support your volunteer staff as our monthly luncheon attendance rises, with this (hopefully) simple change.

Our monthly Chapter lunch is held on the first Tuesday of each month. Chapter meetings are open to all Members, USNA Alumni, guests and other friends of the Naval Academy.
